Sunshine Avionics Warranty Policy
Sunshine Avionics LLC. warrants all its workmanship and newly installed material to be free of defects.
Repaired Units Warranty
Labor and newly installed parts will be warranted for a period of six (6) months from date on tag.
Customers with Volume Contract Agreement, labor and newly installed parts will be warranted for a period of eight (8) months.
Overhauled Units Warranty
Labor and newly installed parts will be warranted for a period of six (6) months from date on tag.
Customers with Volume Contract Agreement, labor and newly installed parts will be warranted for a period of sixteen (16) months.
Sunshine Avionics LLC's Liability
Sunshine Avionics LLC's Liability under the terms of this Warranty Repair
Policy is limited to the repair of any defect required to return the unit to service at this
facility. Sunshine Avionics LLC shall not be obligated for any defects if examination reveals
that said defect is due to improper use, tampering and or improper storage after leaving the
facility. If any warranty seals or stickers are removed or tampered with in any way, this
warranty policy is null and void. Sunshine Avionics LLC does not warrant, except as to title
any parts or components that have been installed on/in or used during the servicing of a
customer's unit except to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty. Sunshine Avionics
LLC shall have no liability for the consequential or special damages including, but not
limited to, loss of use.
